In one of his major hits, Vasco Rossi sings “I want an exaggerated life” and for an entire generation these words summarized their hopes and dreams. In a twist of fate, nowadays the exaggerated life we strive for is one that is decovidized, in which we are finally free from the fear of contagion, a life where we can once again hug, be together and socialize as we used to. Music can thus represent the true social medicine that will enable us to regain the collective freedom we no longer take for granted. So, let's sing at the top of our lungs: I want an exaggerated life!
