Luciano Tomei’s artistic journey in the world of Carnival began as an illustrator for CarnevalDarsena and later he joined the official Carnival, collaborating for 8 years with the builder Piero Farnocchia. He also worked with builders Arnaldo and Fabrizio Galli. 

He has a successful track record in creating numerous solo masks, group masquerades, and 2nd category floats, achieving excellent rankings. In the triennium 2021-2023, he created 1st category floats. Since 2022, he has been joined by Antonino Croci, who, after some experience with other Carnival masters, becomes a co-author with Tomei. From 2024, they compete in the 2ndcategory.
