The ticket purchased for the Parade on Saturday 8th February, postponed to tomorrow, Sunday 9th February, is valid and allows access to the Parade on Sunday 9th.

Those who are unable to attend the parade on Sunday 9th can request a refund – no later than Thursday 13th February – following these procedures:

• Those who purchased the ticket at the Fondazione Carnevale box office in Cittadella can go to the same box office to receive the refund, by handing over the unused ticket for the Sunday 9th parade. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer from Monday 10th.
• Those who purchased the ticket online via the Vivaticket portal or at one of the physical Vivaticket sales points can request a refund by following the instructions published here: https://shop.vivaticket.com/it/rimborsi
