To attend the allegorical float parades on the seafront, it is necessary to purchase the entrance ticket. The tickets can be purchased online or at one of the box offices located at the entrances to the event on the days of the Parades.
Carnival tickets are NOT personalised.

There are different types of tickets, including some with discounts or reductions.
1st PARADE POSTPONED: HOW TO REQUEST A TICKET REFUND
The ticket purchased for the Parade on Saturday 8th February, postponed to tomorrow, Sunday 9th February, is valid and allows access to the parade on Sunday 9th.
Anyone unable to attend the parade on Sunday 9th can request a refund – no later than Thursday 13th February – by following these procedures:
- Those who purchased the ticket at the Fondazione Carnevale box office in Cittadella can go to the same box office to receive the refund, by handing over the unused ticket for the Sunday 9th parade. Bank transfers for refunds will be processed from Monday 10th.
- Those who purchased the ticket online via the Vivaticket portal or at one of the physical Vivaticket sales points can request a refund by following the instructions published here: https://shop.vivaticket.com/it/rimborsi

Children up to 1.20 meters in height have free access.
Access for people with disabilities
Access is pending regulation as per the proposed law “Introduction of Article 23-bis of Law No. 104 of February 5, 1992, regarding the participation of people with disabilities in public performances, entertainment events, or sports activities.”

Tickets can also be purchased at the bookshop up to 30 minutes before the Museum’s closing time.
Free entry for children up to 11 years old (accompanied by an adult), European Union citizens with disabilities and one companion, as well as group leaders, teachers, and school trip supervisors.
